Bending and Tempering Line
Main Application:
Production of medium or large size architectural bent and tempered glass.
Max. product size: 3500mm x 6000mm
High Shaping Accuracy.
The forming mechanism uses only high precision parts. The structural deviation is reduced in multi stages. The fitting is mostly done by rivet to avoid welding distortion.
The forming is executed by mechanical system with numeric limits. Shaping mistakes is very rare.
All sizes and thicknesses of bent and tempered glass can be used to make laminated glass and insulated glass.
Full Automatic Production.
The radius adjustment and the whole production process are fully computerized. Radius registration takes very short time.
High reliability.
All motion parts are surface hardened. The dimensions of all load-bearing parts are carefully calculated and tested. The whole system is designed to work for 25 years.
